Private/Corporate Events


Wedding (Ceremony/Reception/Cocktail), Christmas Party, Corporate Party, Birthday, Anniversary, etc.

Additional charges:

  1. BulletTravel charges ($50 for over 25 miles from Santa Clara)

  2. Bullet$30 per song to accompany a vocalist (includes a brief rehearsal the day of your wedding at your ceremony occasion

  3. BulletAdditional rehearsals with other musicians, $50 per hour in my studio, $100 per hour outside my studio (does not apply with musicians contracted through me; required if I will be working with unfamiliar musicians)

  4. BulletRehearsals are the same rates as above

Travel Fee: 

  1. BulletUp to 25 miles of traveling included. 

  2. BulletAddit'l $50.00 for over 25 miles from Santa Clara

                            (Includes mileage/cartage/time)


Overtime:  

  1. BulletEach additional 1/2 hour overtime on the day of

                  the event, will incur the following fee: 

  1.                              Indoor:       $100 each additional 1/2 hour

  2.                              Outdoor:    $125 each additional 1/2 hour

  2. BulletOne Hour Background Music for Reception OR Rehearsal Dinner, harp with two of the above instruments  (Both performances require identical instrumentation.)

Holiday Fee

(Holiday Rates, in addition to regular rates apply to the following holidays:

Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.)
